If account information is found to be false or misleading, itel reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account at any time.
The itel platform may only be used for lawful entertainment purposes. Any fraudulent activity, use of software bots, or attempts to manipulate the system on the platform are strictly prohibited. Harassing other users, sending offensive messages, or interfering with the normal operation of the platform will be treated as a punishable offense. Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions is strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal action. itel reserves the right to immediately close any account found to be engaged in such activities and to notify the relevant authorities if necessary.
All financial transactions on the itel platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Compliance with the designated methods and limits for deposits and withdrawals is mandatory. Withdrawal requests may take a certain amount of time to process, and payments may be delayed until the verification process is complete. If an incorrect amount is credited or withdrawn due to a technical error, itel reserves the right to correct that amount. All transaction records are retained, and in the event of a dispute, itel's records will be considered final.
Itel offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, which are subject to specific terms and conditions. Each bonus has its own wagering requirements and validity period, which are clearly stated in the offer details. Attempting to withdraw without meeting the bonus terms may result in the bonus being forfeited. Any attempt to exploit bonus benefits using multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed. itel reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

Service may be temporarily disrupted due to technical issues, maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances. itel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. itel is not responsible for any loss caused by internet disconnection or device issues. itel is also not directly liable for issues arising from disruptions to third-party payment providers.
You may request to close your account at any time through our support team. itel reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation. If there is any valid balance at the time of account closure, it will be returned in accordance with the designated process. However, balances may be forfeited in the case of accounts closed due to terms violations. Applicable provisions of these terms will remain in effect even after account closure.
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will first be addressed through negotiation.
